Live-in care

Here at Endurance Health, we have been offering one-to-one 24-hour support enabling you to stay in your own home. Unlike a typical introductory agency, whereby you pay a fee to be introduced to a carer who you employ directly (pay and manage yourself), thus ending their involvement in the arrangement, our fully managed service offers dedicated care service regulated by Care Quality Commission.

Unlike these agencies, our staff are directly employed by us, with the wealth of skills and experience they meet our values and vision to safeguard your care.

Founded on principles of Safety First, we don’t use agency staff to ensure all of our carers are trained to our high standards before commencing your care.

Our live-in care service is overseen and managed by a number of experienced local live-in care managers. They ensure you are matched with a suitable live-in carer; they ensure regular communications with you and your family and they facilitate smooth delivery of service.
