Carers
Personality:
Your preferences and wishes are at the heart when going through an important matching process. The latter takes into account personalities, religious beliefs, cultural requirements, and not least – the very important skills selection. We listen to our customer’s needs and tailor the selection of our staff to meet your outcomes.
Skilled:
Our staff undergo a regulated training programme, and their skills are not only monitored to ensure continuous compliance, but most of our staff are continuing their skills development via taking further industry approved accreditations such as Diplomas in Health and Social Care, or NHS accredited programmes for further staff development. Since we are working in partnership with various commissioning bodies, our staff have access to their specialist learning programs. All our staff who are new to care undergo a Care Certificate accredited learning program lasting up to 3 months; this is then followed by working alongside senior care staff.
Care delivery standards monitored
being regulated by Care Quality Commission means that our carers are legally required to be quality assured via regular checks of their work; this is usually done when our care coordinator pops into your home to oversee how your care is being delivered.
Industry Awards:
Our staff are the stars of the show. If it wasn’t for their dedication, and total devotion to caring, we wouldn’t be able to “produce” staff who enter into prestigious Industry Awards, such as Great British Care Awards or Award to recognise Exceptional Practice in the Adult Social Care Workforce by the Department of Health and Social Care.
Achieving your outcomes
The results of care delivered is finally “judged” by you. We champion your care- on your terms. This means that all the skilled work that our team is inputting when delivering your care, will result in your feedback: do we deliver your care – on your terms? We welcome our customers’ feedback, cherish your compliments, and on rare occasions learn from mistakes. This process defines Endurance Health staff we are immensely proud of.
Our Values are:
Integrity
Caring
Respect
With a wealth of experience in delivering high-quality care, being a preferred provider with Slough Local authority and local CCG, Endurance Health underpins both vision and clear principles around which our service was built.
The outcome is simple – care on your terms.
With great customer reviews and our performance of safe, effective, responsive, and well-led measured by CQC, we are here to champion your care, on your terms.
Unlike other agencies whose service ends with an introduction of a carer, our fully managed care service means that you or your loved one will benefit from Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated service, your allocated care manager, and skilled staff whose work is managed by a qualified care team; your care manager will keep in regular contact with you to ensure that your care runs smoothly.
