Regulated home care service
Care Services at home such as personal care are regulated. However, not every type of support provided at home is regulated.
By choosing a regulated care service you benefit from a service that adheres to the highest standards of staff selection, training, strict processes, policies, individualised care planning and more.
Endurance Health is regulated by Care Quality Commission. We employ staff directly, therefore you have reassurance that when your carer goes on holidays, we will cover their absence for you. We pay staff wages, and deal with all concerns that comes with employing staff and ensuring that the quality of care does not drop below the very high standards of care we have set for our organisation.
When should I consider home care?
Many individuals will think about benefiting from home care at some point in their lives. It will usually be because when one feels lonely, unable to do certain tasks, such as difficulty getting into the shower, need assistance with food preparation or help with house chores. Some will consider home care early on when they are still able to do a lot for themselves but would like to get used to someone coming and helping at home. Others would look for help at home when they have “struggled” alone for some time. Sometimes, health deteriorates really quickly, and care in own home, in familiar surroundings one sees as a better option than going into a care home.
Endurance Health appreciates your individual circumstances and will support you through making your decision, for your care, on your terms.
