Nursing care

Endurance Care offers a fully managed nurse-supported clinical care service, enabling individuals with more complex healthcare conditions to live independently at home. We work closely with clinical commissioning groups across Berkshire, as well as a network of solicitors, we offer responsive, flexible solutions that deliver maximum choice and independence.

Our clinical team manage care packages supporting a wide range of clinical conditions. Through carer and client partnerships we provide full face to face assessments and ensure continuity of care which remains our top priority. Our team will work with district nurses, other health care professionals to ensure smooth care provision including post-discharge rehabilitation plans, nutrition plans, medication and other interventions.

We place focus on individual and support clients with:

• Progressive neurological conditions (incl different types of dementia)

• Brain or spinal cord injury

• Complex continence care, including catheter and stoma care.

We have successfully delivered nursing care to individuals whose care needs were deemed too difficult to support at home for over a decade 

We offer ongoing support and extra clinical training as required. Fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission, we deliver outcomes to individuals to meet their nursing needs.
